A few people had advised me that the book was NOT coming up as free in the US even though on my screen it showed as free at the time I sent the post.

I have followed this up and it NOW appears to be free in US and UK. I sincerely apologise for the confusion.

  2. My apologies… I am following up with Amazon as when it clicked on it this morning it had dropped from $.99 to $0.00 – there must be a glitch in the system. I am really sorry.😞
